State My 2015 Resolution



I have many things to do this year but the most important is improve my health. "Be healthy." Then I proposed to make a challenge. This challenge is important for me. It is about a race. I want to run a half marathon in this year. Also  I want to do other things such as:

  • Be organized;
  • Improve my English;
  • Be responsible with my blog and YouTube channel; and more little things.
However, my priority is to change eating habits.

Why did I pick them?
I decided to make these resolutions because they part of a process to change my eating habits and improve my health. I've tried each year, everyday, but it is not enough. I've improved a little, but I need to fake more small challenges in my life and bring them to reality.

A healthy life is important especially because I'm changing and aging. I want to be conscious about good eating and strengthening my bones. That is  the main reason I choose become a runner also it's a cheaper sport. ☺

Be well organized. If I want to see the change on me. I need to be organized specially with my time and my chores, and learn to say "NO" if I have to do others duties or if I'm compromised with my goals. I must make the effort take more tasks than I can do. Sometimes I couldn't said "Yes" when I couldn't accomplish them.

Improve my English. Well I'm living here for more than eight years and I feel that my  English is better than the first year when I came here. It is not enough because I feel that I cannot have a good conversation with others. I want to learn English too because it is hard to learn when I'm aging ☺ For that reason, it helps me stay mentally alert. Also int he future I want to write a book -a thin one- about this experience. It is like a small challenge for future of course, If I want to live in this country, It is so important to learn English as Second Language and have good communications.

About Responsible because I want to accomplish everything I set in my mind. Of course, being responsible also applies in each goal that I want to do in the future. For example, being responsible in my small personal business in each post of my blog and YouTube channel.

How do I plan to do it?

First, I need to have a notebook to write  every detail and then make a list for each resolutions. For instance, the resolution health requires that I do the following:
  • Subscribe to a race,
  • Time my exercises,
  • Make my own diet plan,
  • Write a journal about my progress, and
  • Start with a realistic goal.
To be organized, I need to do the following;
  • Buy a planner; and
  • Identify my needs,
  • Make list of my projects.
To improve my English, I need to do the following;
  • Read 10 to 30 minutes every day in English,
  • To be continued my conversation classes,
  • Write in my English Blog and Journal,
  • Speak English everyday with my husband unless 10 minutes ☺
  • Watch more English T.V. like movies and documentaries.
  • Try to learn one word a day and use it in sentences in my twitter.
Responsible in my blog and channel

Focus in each resolution and combine all of them to have success with them.
  • Don't forget the motivation (have more subscribers)
  • Be constant with the posts in each one,
  • Response the comments,
  • Structure each video,
  • Search some course to improve my speaking (Spanish and English)
  • Invest money with equipment.
What have I done already?

Race I've started with an exercise routine. I'm drinking more water. I'm eating healthily. I've registered for my first race this year. It is a 5K on April. I'm feeling exited. 
Be organized I bought my notebook and I've written some list about my needs and projects, but I need to take time to organize my duties in my notebook.
Improve my English, I've started the last year, and taken English conversation classes. Some times, I write in my blog, And plant to write  more in this blog and my twitter account.
Be responsible in my small business. I'm working on it. I made a list about some future projects to publish on my channel.
