Different Countries

When you have lived in different countries you, learn many things. Well, I have lived in different neighborhoods, states and I lived in Mexico for many years and now live in the United States.

I was born in Mexico City. We lived there until 1985 earthquake. After that, we moved to another state called Jalisco. I didn't  see any difference between the two states. But my mom  changed with us, because she spent more time with us. When we liven in Mexico City, she worked all day. I loved when she used to play with us. The changed was hard for my brothers and sisters because they were older than me. My old brother was in high school and I started  kinder garden. In Jalisco I studied  the elementary school through university. I remember several occasions when my classmates or teacher mocked me because I came from Mexico City and had an accent. I have never thought  that it is not necessary to live in  another country to feel discrimination. I lived it in my native country.  I met my husband in the university. We dated for four years. After that we got married and we were invited to come to The United States. We didn't miss the opportunity. In Mexico, my husband and I were working in different towns, and both were living in different suburbs, and that was hard for us at beginning. And this opportunity was perfect to live together. Now we are living here. Sometimes the changes are good in our lives. I have been feeling pretty good. I like our independence. I have feelings because her it is harder to find good friends. People nowadays are too busy. I have a good teacher, friendly classmates and it is enough for me. My best friends are just a phone call away.

For me the English language is hard because you need to communicate everywhere. If I want the best, I need to talk. I think my attitude will be t he difference. The worst, it is not to try.

Thanks for reading me.
