English Conversation Class + List of academic vocabulary
Hello my friends, today I want to talk in this post about my English Class.
The class it is just one time a week, this is so sad because the class is useful, our teacher has a peculiar way to help us to talk in English.
The class is just for one hour but we try learn the best, our teacher has a perfect dynamic this consist in give us a piece of paper with vocabulary, and you have to circle the word that you don't understand or have question about it, like how is the pronunciation or how can you use it.
When we've done it, the conversation begin.
She has some question in a bowl or jar, and we take a turn to pick one and we need to speak the most possible about it this the hard part because when you are learning English all the time we are thinking in our native language.
It is fun because the questions can be just one word and you have to force to speak more than one word.
For example.
(in the paper) My favorite....
(your possible answer) My favorite book is the "The Goldfinch " the author of this book is Donna Tartt, I choose this book because you can learn about everything art, drugs (I know this sound weird but you can know about the drugs effects without take them), suspense, love, adventure. I read this book the last year, and I took almost six month or a little more to finish it, The book has more than 1,200 pages, it is the big book that I have red.
I like this class because you have the opportunity to speak more and the teacher let you know the mistakes and how can you correct them.
I want to share the vocabulary of this week.
