Small things you can do everyday to become much healthier.

  1. Drink two cups of water upon rising.
  2. Stretch your body for 10 minutes.
  3. Take the stairs.
  4. Roll your eyes in different directions more often.
  5. Embrace sunshine for al least 10 minutes during lunch.
  6. Do plank for one minute.
  7. Silence your phone at night.
  8. Read a book for ten minutes before sleep.
